Responsibilities :

This company is developing new suppliers, reforming its commercial distribution structure, and launching new products and clinical trials in Japan. This position will report to the Director of Supply Chain. As a division representative, this position will proactively design and implement the distribution structure in supplier development projects. In addition, this position will develop and execute a supply & demand plan and streamline existing operational processes by closely coordinating with global/ domestic and internal/ external stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
? Design the supply chain structure and implement operational procedures in supplier development projects and new product launches by leading discussions with internal/ external stakeholders as a division representative.
? Develop and execute the supply & demand plan for a timely and stable supply by supporting budgeting and forecasting closely with global/ domestic and internal/ external stakeholders.
? Support ongoing vendor lessons learn and process excursions from supply vendors in alignment with Quality Division - for Japan and RoW
? Contribute to clinical trials in Japan and RoW by ensuring the stable supply of cross-border medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Desired Skills and Experience

Must have:
? 10+ years of comprehensive and hands-on experience in supply chain management in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
o Preferable for experience in the medical device industry
? Relevant experience in working in US and EU entities for import or export supply chain logistics.
? A strong mindset of managing and driving supply chain deliverables to ensure goals are achieved.
? Strong communication skills with internal teams and external parties.
? ERP system (e.g., SAP) experience. (SD and MM)
? Business level English. (TOEIC score over 800 and speaking skill)

? Experience in production control, quality control, procurement, and purchasing.
