Responsibilities :

Background

You will be working closely with product owners, business analysts, UI/UX designers and other developers to build web applications, and will handle all steps of software development, such as requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, release and maintenance/enhancement.

Responsibilities

・Develop, thoroughly unit-tested, front-end and/or back-end applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
・Continuously identify ways of enhancing the existing applications and work on the improvements.
・Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices, such as efficiency, testability, readability, maintainability and style guide compliance.
・Contribute to our software engineering CoPs (Communities of Practice) by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
・Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers

ビジネスアナリスト、UI/UXデザイナー、その他の開発者と緊密に協力してWeb アプリケーションを構築し、要件分析、システム設計、コーディング、テスト、デプロイ、リリース、およびメンテナンス/機能強化などソフトウェア開発の全段階を実行していただきます。

責任

・JavaScript/TypeScript を使用し、完全に単体テスト済みの、フロントエンドおよびバックエンドのアプリケーションを開発。
・既存のアプリケーションを強化する方法を継続的に特定し、改善に取り組む。
・他の開発者によって開発されたコードをレビューし、フィードバックを提供して、効率、テスト容易性、可読性、保守性、スタイルガイドへの準拠などのベスト プラクティスを確保。
・知識を共有し、ベストプラクティスを促進することにより、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング CoP (実践のコミュニティ) に貢献。
・若手・中堅エンジニアの指導・支援。

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Minimum Qualifications

・At least 3 years of relevant experience developing web applications in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
・Good understanding of RESTful APIs design and Swagger/Open API specification.
・Understanding of relational databases, such as MySQL, and ability to design schemas, create efficient queries and add indexes as needed.
・Ability to use HTML/CSS to implement clean and responsive user interfaces.
・Knowledge of software development best practices and ability to write readable and maintainable code.
・Interest and ability to learn new technologies as needed, such as React.js and Serverless Framework.
・Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it, such as Express.
・Good understanding of Git and ability to work collaboratively with other developers.
・Business English (TOEIC 785 or above) and Japanese (JLPT N4 or above), ability in both languages is a plus.
・Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

・Ability to take ownership and proactively implement improvements to the existing applications.
・Ability to introduce new relevant libraries/frameworks as needed.
・Ability to take architectural decisions and design scalable systems.
・Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
・Experience with AWS.
・Experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
・Experience with serverless architecture.
・Experience with service-oriented and/or micro service architecture.
・Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and SonarQube.
・Basic understanding of NoSQL databases, such as DocumentDB and Redis.

必須資格

・JavaScript および/または TypeScript での Web アプリケーションの開発に関連する 3 年以上の経験。
・RESTful API の設計と Swagger/Open API 仕様の十分な理解。
・MySQL などのリレーショナル・データベースを理解し、スキーマを設計し、効率的なクエリを作成し、必要に応じてインデックスを追加する能力。
・HTML/CSS を使用して、クリーンでレスポンシブなユーザー・インターフェイスを実装する能力。
・ソフトウェア開発のベストプラクティスに関する知識と、読みやすく保守しやすいコードを作成する能力。
・React.jsやServerless Frameworkなど、新しい技術を必要に応じて学ぶ興味と能力。
・Node.jsやそれに対応したExpressなどのフレームワークの知識。
・Git をよく理解し、他の開発者と協力して作業できること。
・ビジネス英語（TOEIC785点以上）、日本語（JLPT N4以上）、両方の能力があれば尚可。
・コンピュータサイエンスの学位または同等の実務経験。
