Responsibilities :

■Primary Duties
? Accounts’ Order Intake / Turn Over and Margins
? Ensure lean Quotes matching customer´s needs

■Strategic / Business Development Tasks
? Explore future Market/Customer Needs and provide input for Business Field / Product Strategy (e.g. Mid Term Plans)
? Strategic development of business unit in the market
? Account Planning/Forecasting
? Maximizing Order Intake with sustainable business and attractive margins

■Operational Tasks
? Account Development
- Develop existing and new customers
- Elaborate, update and execute Account Development Plans

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

? Interest in technology related to mobility and/or energy infrastructure
? Strong communication skills (Japanese and English, TOEIC >700) and interpersonal skills
? Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and agility
? Ability in problem-solving, negotiation and prioritization to meet challenging targets
? Interest to work in an international, multi-cultural environment and domestic and international travels
? Experience in sales and CRM tools ( is nice to have oriented
