Business Overview

This company provides various financial services including credit cards, mobile payment settlement, banking, securities, insurance, and others. It is one of our strengths and features to provide various FinTech services both online and offline.

Department Overview

The department is leading product development which contributes to our FinTech businesses horizontally. We are developing various platforms such as a data integration platform, risk rating system using machine learning and a common web portal for FinTech merchants. We are dedicated to not one specific service but various FinTech services. Therefore, we can gain varied knowledge about different FinTech businesses and systems.

Overview:
As a product manager, we expect you to lead developing and operating services which contribute to FinTech services and users. You will work for product development by negotiating and communicating with various stakeholders and engineers within other teams. After service release, you will work towards product improvement and expansion.


Task Image:
You will work with other product managers and other engineers as a team (1 team consists of 4 - 9 members) while considering how we can contribute to users and businesses.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Mandatory Qualifications:

3+ years experience of developing and operating web applications
Experience as a product manager/producer/director for web services
Good communication skills and the ability to involve stakeholders and proactively solve issues
Leading system development with engineers
Challenging spirit and proactive attitude

Desired Qualifications:
System engineer experience.
Agile development experience.
Team management experience (including team member education)
