Responsibility :

The Retail Director will develop and drive the integrity of brand values throughout the retail organization.

Ensure all aspects are consistent and aligned with brand strategies.

This includes Merchandising, store design, events, visual merchandising, field operations and P&L management.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

? A minimum of 15-20 years operational retail experience.

? A minimum of 15-20 years retail multi-level experience, preferably in a proven growth / increased responsibility pattern.

? Working knowledge of franchise principles, international country operations and retail management principals.
