We are working to maximize the value of countless data. We are also developing our business on the strength of our insight into the business in the field/advanced and advanced technological capabilities/flexible response.
Currently, we provide AI products, mainly in the financial domain, to support the improvement of screening and collection accuracy. Through these efforts, we aim to create a society in which a wide range of people can reach financial services.

■We currently develop and provide AI credit and collection scoring systems in emerging countries, most of our clients are located in Southeast Asia and Latin America. In emerging countries, personal loans for the purchase of consumer goods are expanding due to economic growth and rising personal incomes. On the other hand, compared to developed countries, credit information has not been accumulated, and financial companies are often faced with the risk of bad debts and collection costs.
■You will collaborate with the product team, sometimes visiting the site to explore customer issues together and develop collection scoring.
■After one year of test implementation in Indonesia, the number of consumers who defaulted on their loans dropped 7% compared to conventional human review.

Responsibilities:

■ Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help create solutions after carefully analyzing client's data
■ Develop machine learning models after researching and implementing appropriate algorithms & tools
■ Plan & perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning of AI models to maximum client's business KPIs
■ Discuss, design & implement frameworks to improve client's business process and efficiency
■ Keep abreast of developments in the field

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Required Skills and Qualifications:

■ Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
■ Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
■ Ability to write robust code in Python
■ Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like XGBoost, NNC, Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, jupyterlab etc.)
■ Great communication and collaboration skills
■ Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

■ Experience with FinTech solutions development
■ Experience with leading a team of engineers
■ Experience with Cloud environments (AWS)
