Responsibilities :

High-performing Sales Director to own the BPS sales for the Japan region. The candidate
will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in the Enterprise &
Communications vertical.
Sales Director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and
action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial
targets. Sales Director’s duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and
understanding customer trends.
Focus on bringing value to our customers by bring Automation, Analytics, AI and Consulting
based approach to our BPS solutions. Own the BPS brand recall & PR in the Japan
market. Build & maintain relationship in the analysts & technology partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
? Own, mmet/exceed annual sales targets within assigned vertical and accounts.
? Develop and execute sales plan to achieve regional targets and expand our customer
base
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
? Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
? Partner with the IBG team to penetrate existing accounts & strengthen our offerings
for new customer acquisitions
? Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
? Negotiate commercial & legal terms and own execution of contract
? Be responsible for account & relationship management
? Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
? Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets in BPS for Japan region
? Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including
executive and C-level
? Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
? Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
? Demonstrable experience as Director of sales, developing client-focused,
differentiated and achievable solutions.
? Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
? BA/BS degree or equivalent
? Should have good network & market connects in Japan (BPS space)
