Responsibilities :

■ポジションの概要・目的
IT企業用賠償保険(E&O, CGL、サイバー等)の引受業務、商品開発、営業推進をご担当いただきます。営業担当者と連携しながら顧客の要望をヒアリングし、商品開発、引受可否判断をしてきます。海外グループ会社とも連携し、ノウハウを吸収したり、判断を仰ぎます。

Underwriting, Product Development, Marketing of Liability products ((E&O, CGL, Cyber) for Technology industry.

■具体的な業務
・リスク分析および引受判断
　Risk analysis, underwriting
・営業社員へのIT業界知識やIT賠償保険、販売方法に関する研修
　Training to sales force on IT industry, IT E&O risks and marketing skills to enter into IT market.
・顧客訪問、商品提案
　Marketing activity including client visits and broker visit.

■キャリアパス
当部門でのマネージャーを目指していただくのが一般的ですが、ご本人のご希望により、他の保険ラインのアンダーライターへの転向や営業職への転向も可能です。社内公募制度もありますので、管理部門や損害サービス部門への挑戦も可能です。

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

■必須
・業務専門知識（保険業界知識、商品、アンダーライティング、リスクマネジメント等）
　Non Life insurance knowledge (Industry, Products, Underwriting, Risk management)
・英語力：ビジネスレベル英語要 （読書き、会話要）
　English: Business Level Required

■尚可
・CGLおよびその他の賠償保険に係る引受実務の経験。(E&O, サイバー等)
　Underwriting experience other than CGL insurance. (E&O, Cyber)　
・IT賠償、サイバー保険の営業経験者尚可。
　Sales experience of CGL, Cyber and E&O insurance preferred
