Leading Data Center Operator in the APAC region
Build Customer Relationships
? Establish / maintain executive relationships with Japanese strategic / global accounts
? Serve as opportunity development contact for Japanese global and technology companies
? Promote brand, value proposition, and position platform assets to customers for outbound opportunities (from Japan)
Territory Planning
? Develop business plan to build DE market positioning and drive Japan market development
? Build pipeline for Japan-outbound data center business across the DE platform
? Coordinate multi-site requirements to ensure account alignment across the region and deliver consistency of service to the accounts
? Represent Digital Edge at domestic Japanese events or customer expos; provide Japan / Platform expertise
Key Performance Metrics:
? Opportunity pipeline volume, $MRC (domestic vs platform)
? Bookings, $MRC (domestic vs platform)
? Account coverage (establish target list, evaluate milestones vs targets)
? Sales call metrics (#customers, #opportunities, etc)

? Bachelor's Degree
? 7+ years relevant sales experience preferred in prior strategic sales role (Japanese accounts)
? Experience working in a global / regional matrix organizations
? Self-motivated, independent, goal-oriented and positive attitude
? Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
? Strategic planning and creative thinking skills
? Good command of spoken English
