Responsibilities :

Head of Channels for a SaaS Vendor, providing a productivity suite ? essentially a holistic, single-access solution for all internal communications and business applications.

About the Role:
- Lead Channel Sales Team, collaborating with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Source, recruit, and enable new partners (Reseller, Service, ISV).
- Execute Partner Business Plans, ensuring overall partner performance.

Conditions of employment:

■Annual Compensation:
20-30M OTE

■Working hours:
Hybrid working style: 9:00 - 18:00

■Annual paid vacations:
10 days in the first year, depending on the date of employment)
5-day work week (Saturday and Sunday guaranteed holidays), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, congratulation or condolence leave, childcare and nursing care leave

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Experience building partner ecosystems from 0 to 1.
- Experience with partners (Reseller, Service, ISV).
- Management and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Channel Sales to SMB accounts.
