Responsibilities :

Join a dynamic team driving business success with key enterprises in Japan. Be a key member of the Strategic Account Executive Team and help expand the business through new client acquisition and creating new opportunities with existing customers.

- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, orchestrating strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients, and leading the implementation from conception to realization.

- Spearhead business strategy for targeted enterprises across sales, marketing, delivery, and support functions, ensuring a holistic and effective approach.

- Quickly complete initial training within the first three months of joining, mastering the services and technical knowledge to autonomously align activities with the company's vision.

- Assume the role of the lead for our largest client in Japan, elevating visibility within the Global Management Team.

- Craft and implement strategic proposals contributing significantly to the expansion of targeted enterprises, demonstrating a keen understanding of their business landscape.

- Showcase skills in articulating the content and technical advantages of the services from both business and technical perspectives.

- Excel in relationship building with targeted enterprises, demonstrating proficiency in management, and effective communication for collaboration with other teams.

Conditions of employment:

■Annual Compensation:
~20M OTE (60/40)
*Depending on current OTE, Experience, and Interview Performance

■Work Location:
Tokyo - Nearest station is Tokyo

Saturdays/Sundays, National Holidays of Japan, Year-End and New Year Holidays included.

Commute, Business Expense, etc are fully covered.
Paid Leave, Parental Leave, Nursing-Care Leave etc as defined by Japanese government/regulations.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Professional Experience:

1. Hands-on experience with major manufacturers in electronics, automotive, machinery, and semiconductor industries is essential.
2. Sales expertise in implementing business systems (MRP, MES, Procurement, WMS, TMS, OM) from definition to support.
3. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing supply chain structure, roles, and processes.
4. Knowledge of industry-specific supply chain characteristics, e.g., automotive logistics methods.
5. Proven experience in the IT industry with SAP, Oracle, Infor, JDA, E2Open, Blue Yonder, Manhattan.

Required Skills:

1. Over 10 years of IT industry experience.
2. Proposal experience in software, services, outsourcing, and consulting.
3. Successful sales track record with major manufacturing companies.
4. Proficiency in SCM, logistics, production, and sales management.
5. Strong English skills (TOEIC 600+), SI experience, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
