About the Company :

Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the growth of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) advertisers in Japan
- Lead and drive a high performing team of acquisition and growth reps locally
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies by:
- Identifying brands to onboard onto the platform - Support a curated onboarding and advertiser engagement strategy
- Providing best-in-class client service and partnership by consulting on advertiser's scale up
- This would include, setting up and running a team that is across
- TikTok's Ad solutions and optimizations
- Creative tips and best practices
- Set a high standard of communication and client management for the team to follow
- Motivate and drive the team to take initiative and succeed
- Track and monitor business progress based on key metrics, report to regional senior leadership (incl. QBR) and represent the team and business in planning

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with at least 6-7 years of prior work experience in a digital marketing or media agency ecosystem engaging clients
- 3-4 years of experience leading a team - Experience and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape in Japan. Prior experience working in the market and or specific verticals is key
- Strong attention to detail, data driven and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with revenue targets, and experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Excellent communication skills, business level Japanese and fluency in English
