Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for digital innovation? A global leader in digital experience management, is seeking a talented Country Manager to spearhead operations in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the business strategy, ensuring alignment with local market needs and global objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, expand presence in Japan, and establish strong partnerships.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.

Conditions of employment:

■Annual Compensation:
30~40M OTE (60/40) - Negotiable
*Depending on current OTE, Experience, and Interview Performance

■Work Location:
Tokyo - Nearest station is Shibuya

Saturdays/Sundays, National Holidays of Japan, Year-End and New Year Holidays included.

Commute, Business Expense, etc are fully covered.
Paid Leave, Parental Leave, Nursing-Care Leave etc as defined by Japanese government/regulations.

■Welfare: Employee shall participate in Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Health Insurance and Welfare Pension Insurance.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving business objectives, preferably in the technology or digital experience industry.
- Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of the Japanese market, culture, and business landscape.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Japanese.
