Deliver advanced telematics units to customers.
Serve as the primary contact for all software-related matters with clients.
Lead and coordinate virtual, cross-functional, global software project teams.
Plan, monitor, and manage software projects to meet goals in schedule, budget, product quality, and process quality.
Represent the program to senior management both internally and externally.
Define and implement software project management processes tailored to project constraints and stakeholder needs.
Maintain regular communication and synchronization with global teams.
Create and update milestone schedules aligned with program management, customers, and suppliers.
Identify software development deliverables and manage their release through defined lifecycle stages.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and business-level English.
Expertise in project management in globally distributed environments (Waterfall, Agile).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process models such as Automotive SPICER and CMMI.
Ability to deconstruct complex systems into manageable components.
Proven communication, judgment, initiative, and execution skills.
Experience managing teams of 10+ members.
Preferred: PMP certification, automotive industry experience, ASPICE Level 3 project experience, real-time embedded software development, team management of 25+ members, fluent Japanese (JLPT N1).
