About the Company :

Support to leading global Telecommunications company

Responsibilities :

?Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with stakeholders including distributors, government bodies, and senior management.
?Drive sales through both direct engagement and channel partners.
?Expand the customer base and secure orders from new clients.
?Identify and develop new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
?Provide monthly forecasts and business reports.
?Collaborate with business units and regional teams to advance sales initiatives.
?Support market research and product launches as needed.

Benefits :

?Annual salary range: 8,000,000 to 14,000,000
?Commission-based structure (60% base salary, 40% commission)

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

?Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
?3?5 years of sales experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
?Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
?Understanding of radio wave propagation is a plus.
?Existing network in the wireless/wireline industry preferred.
?Willingness to travel frequently within Japan.
?Business-level English proficiency (oral and written).
