-Develop and implement CRM strategies tailored to the cosmetics industry to improve customer retention and acquisition.
-Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing.
-Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create seamless and personalized customer journeys.
-Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Plan CRM campaign based on customer journey
-Drive business both online and offline using CRM capability
-Manage CRM team members
