Responsibilities :

Support venture and product teams in conducting market analysis, assessing competitive
landscapes, and formulating and executing GTM strategies.
● Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to align GTM strategies with product
capabilities and business objectives, and to iterate offerings based on market feedback and
demand.
● Deliver on key business objects for the ventures.
● Be an all-rounder and linchpin, contributing and leading in any areas of the ventures whenever a
need arises.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

● 5+ years in venture operations, or executing on GTM strategies for early stage startups.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful user acquisition campaigns.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience collaborating within multicultural
teams.
● Strong entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently and pivot when necessary.
● Fluent in Japanese, with business-level English or better.
● (Nice to have) Experience working in both large enterprises and startups
