Responsibilities :

- Payroll processing, currently hands-on but will move to payroll vendor in the near future
- Talent acquisition, hiring for about 5-10 positions in a year
- Learning & Development, training and onboarding for new members, or to upskill employees during new product launch
- Attendance and leave management
- Human resource development, driving enagement projects like employee survey etc

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- 5 years of experience as a HR generalist
- Able to work independently
- Familiar with Japanese labour law
- Conversational English is okay!
