?Technical knowledge and understanding of software development.
?Hands-on experience in software development using C++.
?Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

?Business-level English and native-level Japanese proficiency.
?Experience in embedded software development or the automotive industry is a plus.
?Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
?Passion for learning new technologies and leading technical growth within the team.
