?Annual salary range: 9,000,000 to 15,000,000
?Monthly base salary: 580,000 to 970,000
?Compensation structure: Base 65%, Incentive 35%

?Enrollment in health insurance, employee pension, employment insurance, and industrial injury insurance
?Flex time system with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00
?Annual holidays: 125 days
?Paid leave granted from the first day of employment
?Over 5 years of experience in corporate solution sales, with a proven track record in software, development tools, or platform-related sales.
?Strong understanding of embedded device or software development processes.
?Experience selling software licenses to technical decision-makers such as C-level executives, product managers, and project managers.
?Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
?Business-level English and native-level Japanese proficiency.
?Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to engage a wide range of clients.
