Responsibilities :

Design backend architecture based on product requirements.
Develop and maintain Java-based microservices and APIs.
Ensure code quality through monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and bug fixing.
Deliver secure, reusable, and maintainable code aligned with specifications.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features efficiently.
Work closely with product managers and designers to support excellent UI/UX.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years).
3+ years of experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
3+ years of experience with Linux and command-line tools.
2+ years of experience in RESTful API development.
3+ years of experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible).
2+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Fluent English communication skills and basic Japanese reading/writing ability.
Preferred

Experience with monitoring and alerting systems for performance optimization.
Strong background in high-availability architecture design.
Familiarity with automated scaling and load balancing for high traffic systems.
Awareness and implementation of security best practices.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
