Responsibilities :

Main Responsibilities

Design and develop backend systems such as API servers for mobile apps.
Design and develop web frontend systems including websites and admin tools.
Provide technical leadership in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
Architect and develop systems to support high traffic volumes.
Conduct design and code reviews with a focus on service quality.
Implement system improvements to enhance stability and productivity.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Required Experience / Skills

5+ years of web application development experience.
Business-level Japanese proficiency.
Solid foundation in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in architecture design for large-scale web services.
Development experience using relational databases like Oracle or MySQL.
Experience in team-based software development.
Preferred Experience / Skills
5+ years of experience developing and operating web applications using JVM languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin).
Experience in server/network setup and infrastructure operations.
Experience in developing and operating large-scale web services.
Ability to design scalable systems using modern tech stacks and estimate required effort.
Performance tuning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to refactor redundant code.
Ability to propose and explain ideal tech stacks.
Contributions to OSS or community involvement.
Experience developing services using generative AI.
Database expertise.
CI/CD experience.
Development experience in cloud environments.
Experience in requirements definition and project management.
