Define and execute account strategies for key automotive clients, including long-term growth and budget targets.
Drive sales activities to meet client needs and collaborate with global key account teams.
Manage pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and engineering change requests.
Identify technical challenges and promote innovative solutions to clients.
Lead customer projects, handle complaints, and provide field service support.
Coordinate internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and project outcomes.
Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
Annual salary: 5,000,000 to 6,500,000 (80% base + 20% bonus).
Annual bonus (once per year, equivalent to 3 months).
Full commuting allowance.

Flex time system with core hours from 11:00 to 16:00.

Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1/Tier 2).
University degree in engineering or a related discipline, with technical sales experience.
Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting business relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working in cross-functional or matrix environments.
Strong commercial acumen, understanding of P&L, and proficiency in Excel.
Business-level proficiency in English (oral and written).
