Responsibilities :

Develop embedded software for automotive telematics systems in a Linux environment.
Collaborate with global teams to analyze and debug software, propose fixes, and support implementation.
Represent the software development team in customer interactions and ensure successful program execution.
Create and support software requirements proposals and synchronize project schedules.
Prepare development environments and support joint testing and workshops.
Work closely with sales and engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Annual salary: 8,000,000 to 10,000,000 (monthly: 666,666 to 833,333).

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
3+ years of experience in embedded software development using C/C++.
Experience working with global teams and developing embedded applications.
Knowledge of inter-process communication, threading, and socket communication.
Familiarity with embedded operating systems and debugging tools (e.g., gdb).
Fluent in Japanese; business-level English preferred.
Preferred: Experience with TCP/IP, automotive systems, UML, Agile methodologies, secure coding, and ISO 26262.
