Responsibilities :

?Plan and execute marketing communication activities to efficiently deliver lead information to business units.
?Manage exhibition participation, including planning and execution (approx. 40% of responsibilities).
?Conduct online marketing activities such as webinars, portal sites, and social media (approx. 30%).
?Oversee catalog production, including direction to external staff and budget/schedule management (approx. 10%).
?Handle other marketing-related tasks as needed (approx. 10%).
?Collaborate with management and technical teams to conceptualize and translate ideas into marketing strategies.
?Proactively tackle unfamiliar tasks with a constructive and forward-looking mindset.

Benefits :

?Annual salary: 6,000,000 to 8,000,000 (monthly: 380,000 to 500,000).
?Bonuses: Twice yearly, totaling two months’ base salary upon full achievement of personal and company goals.
?Salary review: Once yearly.
?Full transportation allowance (up to 50,000/month).
?Social insurance coverage: health, pension, employment, and industrial injury.
?Overtime pay for extra hours, late-night, and holiday work.
?Working hours: 09:00?18:00 (60-minute break)
?Annual holidays: Includes weekends, national holidays, Golden Week, summer, and New Year holidays.
?Paid leave: Minimum 10 days granted from the 7th month.
?Domestic business trips: 2?3 times/year.
?Occasional overseas travel: approx. once/year depending on circumstances.
