Drive sales of embedded software products, services, and solutions in the Japanese automotive industry.
Position the company as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
Develop and execute account strategies to expand market presence in Japan.
Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions using technical expertise.
Maintain strong connections across all levels of assigned accounts.
Ensure budget targets are met and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay informed about relevant market segments and engineering services offered.
Weekends and public holidays off, plus year-end/New Year holidays.

Extensive experience in software and engineering services, including AUTOSAR-compliant ECU development, Functional Safety, Security, Digital Cockpit, IVI, or System Integration.
Several years of technical sales experience in the automotive software industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
Solid network with Japanese OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Proactive “hunter” and “closer” mindset.
Collaborative leadership style with openness and mutual respect.
Native-level Japanese and strong business-level English proficiency.
University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Preferred: Experience in business development, negotiating multi-year agreements, and leading sales departments.
