About the Company :

Responsibilities :

?Lead the architecture design of software development platforms (SDP), integrating partner software and optimizing for scalability, safety, performance, and quality.
?Drive technical support programs for Japanese clients to accelerate software development based on deep understanding of customer needs.
?Define and implement automotive use cases leveraging the company’s SoC and software infrastructure.
?Develop, maintain, and evolve system software and tools for automotive SDP.
?Evaluate and improve SDP usability and maturity to enhance design adoption and revenue contribution.
?Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and engineering teams to build competitive reference software stacks and application demos.
?Work closely with cross-functional teams to define embedded systems, promote products, and generate demand.

?Annual salary: 6,800,000 ? 11,000,000 (monthly base: 560,000 ? 910,000).

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

?Over 10 years of hands-on software development experience, including translating complex use cases into software design and implementation.
?Practical knowledge of automotive OS platforms (Linux, QNX, Android, AUTOSAR) and related development environments.
?Willingness to travel for direct engagement with domestic and ?international clients (Tier 1 and OEM).
?Strong initiative and ability to lead multiple projects.
?High analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
?Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
?Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written).
