Responsibilities :

?Design and develop analog IP and integrated circuits for consumer and automotive microcontroller units (MCUs).
?Architect and verify analog TOP structures.
?Develop ADC/DAC, PLL/OSC, high-efficiency and low-power power IPs, and high-accuracy voltage references.
?Design amplifiers and pre-drivers for motor systems.
?Contribute to the development of safety IPs and functional safety verification for automotive MCUs.
?Collaborate with global teams and participate in documentation and layout understanding.

Benefits :

?Annual salary: 5,300,000 ? 11,000,000 (monthly base: 287,000 ? 916,000).
?Bonus paid twice yearly (June and December, up to 10% of annual salary).
?Commuting expenses fully covered.
?Fixed overtime pay for 45 hours/month (30,000?50,000), with additional pay for excess hours.
?Social insurance coverage including health, pension, employment, and industrial accident insurance..
?Monthly communication support allowance (9,000).

?Birthday gift allowance (up to 15,000).

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

?Minimum 5 years of experience in analog IC design.
?University degree or higher.
?Fluent Korean language skills.
?Daily conversational level in Japanese and/or English.
?Ability to work independently and contribute to team growth.
