[Job Description]
- Provide timely financial data and guidance to management and purchasing teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the IPS team in maximizing results through financial analysis and process improvements.
- Lead monthly closing activities with accuracy, analyze deviations from targets, and report findings to management.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with financial policies and procedures across all controlling activities.
- Document all financial process flows related to IPS operations.
- Establish and adapt KPI measurement methods to meet evolving business needs.

[Qualifications]
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the financial field.
- Strong leadership, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
- Deep understanding of JGAAP, IFRS, corporate finance, accounting, P&L, and balance sheet dynamics.
- Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Quick and timely issue resolution capabilities.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Strong leadership, self-motivated and team player Quick and timely resolution of issues.
Experience in financial field for 5-7 years.
Strong understanding of JGAAP, IFRS, corporate finance, accounting, P&L and balance sheet dynamics.
Able to work and deliver results in a global matrix organization recognizing the importance of networking and a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Business level Japanese and English is mandatory.
