About the Company :

Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for commercial real estate consulting services for domestic and international corporate clients.
・Provide real estate consulting services to assigned clients
・Provide brokerage services from introducing properties to showing them around, negotiating terms, explaining important matters, and concluding contracts
・Sales work to develop new customers
・Collect new and existing property information, sharing it with internal members, and registering it in the property database.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

・Real estate license holder

Have experience with any of the following:
・Practical experience as a sales intermediary (regardless of commercial use)
・More than 5 years of work experience in AM companies, commercial real estate leasing, real estate appraisal offices, financial institutions, PM companies, etc.

Good to have:
・Securitization Master qualification
・Business level English
