About the Company :

Responsibilities :

?Improve and develop processes and equipment for advanced memory device manufacturing.
?Handle one or more of the following process areas: dry etching, wet etching (cleaning), CMP, PE-CVD, LP-CVD, metal, diffusion/ion implantation, lithography.
?Establish next-generation mass production technologies, including cost reduction and new equipment evaluation.
?Launch mass production for miniaturized products, including recipe development and yield improvement.
?Stabilize mass production processes through margin evaluation, process capability enhancement, and variation reduction.
?Engage in development and implementation of technologies aimed at improving quality, cost, and productivity.

Benefits :

?Annual salary ranging from 5,000,000 to 10,000,000
?Annual performance bonus (paid once per year).
?Commuting allowance up to 150,000/month; car commuting allowed with gas and toll reimbursement.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

?Background in science or engineering fields such as electrical/electronics, chemistry/materials, physics/applied physics, mathematics, mechanical, or information.
?Logical thinking and strong communication skills in team settings.
?Experience in process improvement (industry agnostic).
?Semiconductor engineering experience is a plus.
?Basic English proficiency.
?Ideal for candidates seeking deep specialization in a specific technical domain.
