Location
Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
*Due to work instructions, you may be required to come to your assigned office. The office you come to will be your base of operations immediately after you are hired. After that, you may be transferred to any business location designated by the company.
Working hours
Flextime system: Standard working hours are 7 hours 45 minutes (no core time, 60 minute break)
Starting and ending times for work and breaks are up to the individual, however the standard starting time is 9:30 and ending time is 18:15.
Depending on the work situation, you may be asked to work overtime.
There is a system of reduced working hours for childcare and elderly care.
*Depending on the department, there are regular working hours (9:30-18:15) and shift working hours.
Holiday
Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday *1), national holidays, New Year's holidays (December 29th to January 4th)
Holidays: Paid holidays, special paid holidays (for special occasions, maternity leave, childcare leave, elderly care leave, legally designated infectious diseases, etc.), Happy Friday *2, sabbatical leave system

"Yahoo! Search" is a service that allows you to search the internet for answers to various questions.
By answering users' requests and guiding them to accomplish their intended actions, we support their decision-making and actual actions.
In order to become the No. 1 user-first search service, we need to actively take on the challenge of promoting and developing new services, and we are looking for someone who will work with us to promote our business.
In this position, you will be responsible for formulating business strategies and plans for search services in the commerce area, which is a focus area for Yahoo! Search, as well as managing and operating business KPIs, promoting and supporting various operations, and formulating and executing marketing plans to expand users/usage. The
appeal of this position is that you will be involved in a wide range of activities, from strategy formulation to planning and execution, in order to grow a service with a large number of users.
Mission and Vision
- Lead the growth of the service through efforts to resolve various business issues for "Yahoo! Search" (commerce area)
- Promote business planning and product improvements to expand services and increase GMV and revenue - Develop
expansion plans for existing services and functions, and expansion strategies for new services and functions -
Analyze KPIs to expand the service business and improve quality, propose and implement improvements
- Lead various initiatives while collaborating with related departments both inside and outside the company to resolve important issues
