Responsibilities :

?Develop visually appealing and user-centered designs based on requirements and research findings.
?Collaborate with product managers and developers in the design process for new features and enhancements.
?Utilize our established design system to maintain consistency and coherence across our interfaces.
?Continuously improve user experience through iterative design and feedback analysis.
?Advocate for user-centred design principles and contribute to the refinement of our design system.
?Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides, design principles, and user personas.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

?Three years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product design.
?Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.
?Strong problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset.
?Good communication skills in both English and Japanese(N2 and above).
?Willingness to learn more about product design and conduct user interviews.
?Live, plan to live, or relocate within commuting distance of our Tokyo office
