Responsibilities :

- Provide technical solutions tailored to customer needs for the - implementation of industrial AMRs in production and logistics environments.
- Prepare and execute customer demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of AMR solutions.
Develop communication systems with external devices such as elevators and multi-axis robots.
Create documentation and training materials to support real-world deployment.
Collaborate with overseas AMR manufacturers to resolve technical issues (communication in Japanese or English).
Support the introduction of new products and services to clients.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Willingness and ability to travel for on-site support (e.g., factories, warehouses) for up to one week.
- Strong motivation to improve English communication skills, even if not currently fluent.
- Experience creating materials using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and presenting internally.
- Comfortable communicating with external stakeholders, including clients.
- Preferred: Experience introducing AMR systems or industrial products/services to large manufacturers.
- Preferred: Ability to read programming languages such as C.
- Preferred: Experience in technical development or support related to production equipment or factory automation.
