Global leader on energy management and industrial automation
?Develop and execute sales growth strategies for the solution sales division.
?Create Key Account Plans for potential clients and lead strategic sales activities.
?Maintain ownership of target accounts and build long-term relationships.
?Identify customer needs and propose optimal solutions from the company’s industrial automation portfolio.
?Prepare quotations and lead pricing negotiations.
?Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal activities.
?Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine sales strategies.
?Manage and develop the solution sales team, including KPI tracking and strategic alignment.
?Annual salary: 15,000,000 to 17,000,000
?Fixed overtime pay: 80,000/month for 44 hours.
?Full coverage of commuting expenses.

?Working hours: 09:00?17:30 (60-minute break).
?Holidays: 128 days annually, including weekends, national holidays, ?Golden Week, summer, and New Year holidays.

?Bachelor’s degree or higher.
?Strategic thinker with a customer-oriented mindset.
?Knowledge or interest in industrial automation products (e.g., PLC, HMI, servo systems, inverters).
?Experience in B2B consultative sales or client-facing roles.
?Strong communication and presentation skills.
?Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
?Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 700+).
?Team management experience.
