Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

◇REQUIRED SKILLS
?Understanding of Labour Law, Compensation & Benefit, HR operations, and its hands-on implementation
?5+ years of HR experience (e.g. TA, HR administration, etc)
?10+ years of working experience, retail industries experience is preferred
?Fluent Japanese / Business Level English
?University degree
?Intermediate PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
