[Job Description]
- Lead financial planning and analysis for Japan Sales and Marketing, delivering accurate budgets, forecasts, and insights
- Analyze monthly departmental expenses and prepare journal entries to ensure proper financial recording
- Develop financial models to support strategic decisions in sales and marketing investments
- Use performance dashboards and KPIs to identify business challenges and propose solutions
- Provide monthly variance analysis for bookings, revenue, and margins
- Act as system administrator for Salesforce and Power BI, managing user access, training, and data integrity
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with regional leadership to support achievement of bookings and operating margin goals
- Serve as a potential successor to the current manager and future leader within Asia Commercial Finance
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field
- Over 7 years of progressive experience in finance or sales strategy
- At least 2 years of experience partnering with sales or commercial functions
- Experience leading strategic projects
- Proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce preferred
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and commercial strategy skills
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and change management abilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior sales leaders
