About the Company :

Real estate investment and asset management

Responsibilities :

・Overseeing diversified real estate portfolios across sectors and locations.
・Strategic planning, performance monitoring, risk management, and coordinating with property managers and stakeholders to enhance asset value.
・Conduct market analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain transparent communication with clients to align investment strategies with financial goals.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

(1) Fluent Japanese proficiency and English proficiency at the business level
(2) Those who are strong in numbers (bookkeeping, real estate, real estate securitization master qualifications are still acceptable)
(3) Those who have a venture mindset (those who have a mindset that wants to actively promote new real estate businesses)
(4) Extensive leasing experience
