[Job Description]

- Collaborate with finance and business leadership to develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business plans.
- Coordinate financial reporting and tracking mechanisms with global finance and FP&A teams.
- Lead the creation of forecasts, operating plans, long-term strategies, and annual budgets.
- Deliver timely and detailed performance analysis to support continuous improvement.
- Provide visibility into financial trends, risks, and opportunities to align business priorities.
- Implement policies that balance risk and return to support healthy financials and regional growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop finance talent to build a strong team.
- Manage forecasting and financial simulations aligned with current business trends.

[Qualifications]

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Over 10 years of financial work experience.
- At least 6 years of team leadership experience in corporate finance or business planning.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese, verbal and written.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, lead projects, and navigate ambiguity.
- Solid project management capabilities.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Qualifications/Requirements:

4-7 years public accountant experience or relevant accounting managerial experience in multinational business/ Experience in Healthcare industry/similar Industrial sector is highly valued
Strong compliance mindset
Japanese & English in business level
Good communication and leadership skill
LEAN/ Kaizen skill
Solid US GAAP knowledge-CPA is preferable
Experience of digital transformation is a plus
Commands of excel, PowerPoint. Experience in Oracle financial is a plus
