Leading Global Measurement Technology company
? Responsible to lead the Service business for North Asia including managing operations activities for Test & Measuring instruments over 2 teams in Japan and Korea for company brands.
? Develop and implement service strategies (repair and calibration).
? Responsible for establishing and managing the service revenue and operating profit with a real emphasis on Growing top and bottom line.
? Coordinate sales service with other departments and serves as a liaison with sales, marketing and manufacturing personnel.
? Develop local policies and procedures for the organizations in the customer service organization (Depot/Admin/Field Tech/Service Sales and Marketing).
? Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining quality service standards, assuring to maximize customer satisfaction.
? Responsible for managing and establishing Authorized Service Providers in the North Asia region to improve local service support customers and partners
? Build a strong team through effective selection, coaching, development and performance management.
?Annual salary range: 10,000,000 to 15,000,000
?Annual bonus and incentive program (15%)

?Native Japanese language skill and fluent English skill
