Responsibilities :

Underwriting
-Analyze and assess technical (re)insurability regarding exposures and coverage on new offer and renewal submissions
-Structure, price and offer proposals
-Maintain and improve portfolio quality
-Establish and maintain specific industry and perils expertise for underwriting
Origination
-Actively lead, originate and build up robust pipelines by identifying new opportunities

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

-Several years’ commercial & industrial property underwriting experience in insurance and/or facultative reinsurance
-Team player within the local & international culture
-Language skills of Japanese and English
