[What You Will Do]
?Perform monthly reporting for management review
?Analyze and evaluate the company’s operating results and financial position
?Identify opportunities to improve expenses and business execution
?Plan, develop, prepare and maintain company budgets
?Develop cash flow projections, sales projections, capital and expense projections
?Collaborate with local and global teams to provide financial insights and support cross-functional initiatives and projects
?Exercise sound judgment and a results-driven approach to achieve financial goals and drive business success

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

[What You Need to Be Successful]
?Work experience in globally operated company (i.e. Foreign company experience is an advantage)
?Minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar type position
?Bilingual (Japanese native & business level English) in speaking, reading and writing
?Experience and knowledge of SAP; knowledge of BW or a BI analytic environment preferred
?Strong analytical, excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Big Data analytics)
?Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
?High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting

[What is Nice to Have]
?Bachelor’s Degree Required; prefer degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
?Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced matrix environment
?Capability to handle multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and execute to completion
?Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
?Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines

[What Makes You Eligible]
?Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic only
?Be willing to work in the office (Company flex policy allows office/remote work in alignment with your manager).
