Responsible for human resource management for dedicated business and actsas the first point of contact for business partners, managers, and employees seeking advice and counsel on human resources matters.
Administers processes, policies, and programs related to employee relations,industrial relations and performance management.
Support Campus Hire events and programs.
Manage and update HR policies and guidelines including employee handbook.
Partners with stakeholders to effect change and effectively by managing thedevelopment, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs to enhance employee satisfaction, improve morale, positively impact retention andassure alignment with company values and policies.
Ensures compliance to company policies, governmental regulations and laws.
Keeps abreast of legislative decisions, changes in employment laws andregulations to limit legal exposure and liability.

Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master Degree.
- At least 8 years’ experience in General HR and manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Highly self-motivated and dynamic individual who is able to work independentlyin a fast paced environment.
