A global automotive electronics manufacturer
- Respond to HR inquiries, manage tickets, and maintain self?service resources and knowledge bases.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle documentation, and maintain accurate HRIS records.
- Execute payroll, time & attendance, and benefits processes, including claims, compliance, and year?end tasks.
- Support compliance and audits while maintaining regulatory documentation and coordinating with HR vendors.
- Provide site?level HR support and drive process improvements, automation, and service quality enhancements.
- Competitive salary base of up to 13 million Yen

- Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic, financial, and operational models.
- Experience in employee engagement, employee relations, and performance management.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese with strong communication, conflict?resolution, and stakeholder?management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, HR dashboards, and HR analytics, with advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills.
- Deep knowledge of Japan payroll, employment laws, statutory requirements, and compliance.
