Responsibilities :

- Oversee and improve HR operations for the technical Center, including Compensation, evaluation processes, payroll coordination, labor management, and HRIS, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
- plan, operate, and enhance HR policies and systems, such as Compensation frameworks, evaluation systems, and Various internal rules to support organizational effectiveness.
- Provide HRBP support to the organization, ensuring smooth operations through appropriate staffing, organizational changes, system operation, and change management in collaboration with other divisions.
- Lead and participate in HR initiatives across the global and local group HR network, driving alignment and implementation of group-wide HR projects.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- 5+ years of HR Experience as a generalist
- business-level Japanese and English
