- manage daily HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding and maintaining accurate employee data.
- advise and support Managers on HR and labor- related matters, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR support needs.
- Oversee time & attendance, leave/absence tracking, and Coordinate payroll related inputs.
- drive HR process improvements and Lead HR initiatives, including policy updates, system implementations, organizational development, and employee Engagement projects.

- Employment insurance and workers’ compensation insurance
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
- Basic understanding of Japan’s Labor Standards Act and related labor regulations.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese for communication and documentation.
- Ability to read and write simple English emails, using translation tools as needed.
