Responsibilities :

Lead the Sales Operations and Transformation Team, managing team members across multiple countries.
Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization, providing insights and operational support.
Oversee daily operations in sales, account management, analytics, and transformation.
Drive cross-functional improvement and change management projects.
Define and implement best practices and ensure their adoption across teams.
Analyze and improve existing sales operations processes for efficiency and standardization.
Develop tailored data analytics solutions to support sales strategies.
Manage HR activities including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and team development.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in sales, program/account management, or transformation roles, including 5+ years in team leadership.
Proven track record in managing transformation initiatives end-to-end.
Strong understanding of sales processes and data analytics.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both Japanese and English.
Preferred: Experience in process mapping, continuous improvement, and certifications in sales operations/management.
