About the Company :

Global European Medical Device Manufacturer

Responsibilities :

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create marketing strategies to lead the overall activities (HCP and consumer marketing, market access of OC/CC/BM, product management, and digital and consumer care operations)

- Lead product launches and manage existing portfolio: market analysis, forecast, launch plan training and all promotional activities in Japan, through lose collaboration with the global HQ in Denmark, sales team and logistics, etc.

- Lead and develop a team of 6 direct reports with 30+ teammates


Key Internal and External Relationship:
- Will interface with all levels of company structure as well as outside companies, including government authorities and health care professional

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or above within business, economics, marketing, finance or similar

- In-depth marketing experience in the medical industry is required

- Significant people management experience (min 5 years)

- Language: highly fluent English and smooth communication with global HQ in Denmark
