Collaborate with service directors and UX designers to develop prototypes for various systems, from web services to ERP platforms.
Engage in the full development cycle including requirement gathering, definition, implementation, and client communication.
Participate in cross-functional teams to propose and build high-UX services using modern technologies.
Optionally take on roles such as Scrum Master or Tech Lead depending on your interests and strengths.
Contribute to a fast-moving, discussion-driven environment focused on ideal service creation without rigid documentation rules.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
Experience in requirement definition and basic design phases of development.
Strong skills in multiple areas across the stack, including:
Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Docker
Backend: Java, PHP, Python, NodeJS, Ruby, Go, Scala
Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue
Mobile: Java, Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Xamarin
Preferred
Experience developing Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
Understanding of design thinking
Experience in 0→1 product development
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Experience as a Scrum Master or Tech Lead
