Job Description
- Develop and improve category sourcing strategies and establish project plans aligned with internal stakeholder expectations.
- Drive cost savings and enhance project execution by identifying alternative solutions and promoting critical thinking across sourcing groups.
- Develop and manage procurement policies and procedures, contributing to organizational efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiations to strengthen sourcing leverage across operational areas, including data analysis and forecasting for category planning.
- Lead a team of sourcing professionals, supporting talent development, coaching, and performance management to build a strong procurement function.
- Oversee Procure- to- Pay process requirements, providing guidance to business users and creating effective training materials.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to optimize sourcing synergy across parks.
- Participate in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities in accordance with established policies.
- Perform other assigned duties.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and professional English ability.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- More than 5 years of strategic sourcing experience.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and demonstrating strong project leadership skills.
- Proven negotiation capabilities and the ability to influence senior management within a matrix organization.
- Ability to design and implement sourcing strategies that generate cost savings and process improvement.
- Experience developing and using KPIs to track performance and goals.
- Strong communication skills with internal teams, senior stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and business partners.
